DDJ 1000SRT Volume Knobs + Crossfader not working!

Hey all,

Any help with this would be so appreciated. I’m using a MacBook Pro Sequoia 15.1, djay pro 5.2.5, DDJ 1000 SRT and when the volume knobs are down and/or the crossfader is on the adjacent side you can still hear the track that should be silenced. Basically no matter where the knobs are, the tracks on Deck 1 and Deck 2 are playing. I can’t silence any track and I can’t cue anything without it playing externally on the speaker. I’m not sure what to do about this.

Also, I’m having problems with the program randomly crashing and the bpms changing on their own.

Again, any help would be a lot of help!

I have been trying to figure this out for some time now and it has caused me to abandon djay pro altogether for the last few weeks.

Can you confirm that this isn’t a hardware issue?

My guess, from the limited amount of info given, is that maybe you’re not using the correct audio configuration. Please provide more information.

Also, with the Fluid Beatgrid system, the BPM readouts are supposed to change, to reflect variations in the track tempos. Please provide more information i.e. artist & track name where you observed this behaviour.
