DDJ 400 issues with laptop

  1. What device are you currently using?
  2. Which OS version is running on your device?
  3. Which djay version are you using?
  4. Could you please confirm that the firmware is up to date on your DDJ-400? If not, please check the manufacturer’s website for more information: https://www.pioneerdj.com/en/support/software/controller/ddj-400/
  5. Has this always been a problem, or did you just notice it after a recent update of some kind (e.g., updated Windows OS, updated djay, etc.)?
