DDJ 400 Keys do not manipulate DJAY software

Hi,

I am unable to use the DDJ 400 controller manipulate the audio functions in DJAY for Windows 10.  I watched a few YouTube videos and read the forums but after all the settings manipulations I still cannot get the controller to CUE music, fade songs, listen on my headphones etc.  

The Audio Pre-Cue in settings is set to DDJ 400 and I’m just trying to play sound off my speakers.  The load track rotary knob also does not work and manipulate the Spotify tracks that I have.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It worked when I used it like two weeks ago. From what I remember it was just plug n play when i bought my DDJ400, but Im not sure.
Have you updated the firmware of the controller to 1.01? (I dont know if its needed thogh)
