Ddj 400 on windows 10

My windows 10 and djay app recognise my DdJ400 controller but i can’t get it to control the app, it’s plugged in lit up, dj app asks me if I want to use it. BUT NOTHING

Hi @Rikkiroo11,

Do you get audio devices shown up on the audio configuration section of the djay PRO settings? (You can access the settings by clicking on the three horizontal lines to the top left side of the screen.

Also, are you able to MIDI-Control djay with the DDJ-400?
