Has anybody tried mapping the LED lights on the DDJ FLX2?
I am trying to map Neural EQ, and would like to use the shift+cue function for that. But as out of the box this is a custom Djay mapping for those smart fx, the lights don’t toggle on and off but act like a switch.
Any chance to change that behaviour to have the LED on when neural EQ is active?
Hi @axibert, mapping LEDs on a SHIFT layer doesn’t really work very well because it will only show you the LED state when the SHIFT button is held down. If you want proper LED feedback, it’s best to map the functionality to a non-SHIFT layer. I hope that helps!
@Slak_Jaw Thank you, this is also helpful to know. But is there a way to change the switch behaviour of the LEDs to regualr toggle for this specific mapping on this device?
The LED light right now is exclusive for each deck on shift+cue.
