**Good morning from Italy,

This is DJ Brathwaite AKA DJ B-Dub, and I wanted to first of all congratulate you on creating a software and hardware combo that has made so many people happy around the world. Your ““seamless”” integration with most hardware on the market is to be applauded and commended because it has made humanity better.

My one ask, and it is ““between the seams””, when I connect my DDJ FLX10 with Algoriddim Djay Pro there are some things that don’t seem to work right, such as the DMX Controller. Also, the jog wheels being unable to display the picture file from the track. Although I know this can be done manually through many hours of code editing, I wonder why this isn’t standard with the software as it isn’t “hardware locked” and they are MIDI options. We know from many hours of editing that the Jog Wheels have the capability of being used in DJAY pro as they are with Rekordbox, because with DJAY the jog displays do light up, and the information from the songs such as BPM, Tempo, etc is displayed, but the picture file and wavelength information from the song isn’t transferred over like it can with Rekordbox or other software such as Serrato. Additionally, the 3 options for jog should be available to interface with as it is possible to do it manually via editing the source code, but most users will not go this deep and will just use the less functional controller, thinking “it would be nice”, and maybe just go back to Rekordbox because it is just easier to use in this case. Lastly, with the DDJ FLX10, I spoke to a few other users in our community and we would love to see the 6 FX’s be fixed, so that crush = crush, filter = filter, noise = noise, and so on and so fourth. Some of them come “standard” with the 5.3.1 update as a different “sound” all in general. Although it’s “cool” that it’s different, it doesn’t align with the button corresponding to the hardware.

I say all that to say this. Don’t stop what you guys are doing, you guys are killing it! If needed I can help in any way you need me to. I don’t want to be that person that just throws problems without helping with solutions. I can if needed help with making video explanations or even available to take calls to explain what I mean. I love your software as it looks more modern and less cluttered than the competition, and I will be your #1 supporter from Italy. Thanks again for your hard work, but those things are what is keeping me from deleting rekordbox**

Hi @Christian_Brathwaite, welcome to the Community! Thanks for the feedback. I will share this with our dev team for consideration. In the meantime please use the blue Vote button at the top left so we can gauge user demand for these suggestions. Thanks again!

Votes for this kind of requests regarding better hardware integration are spread over multiple threads now and I wonder how you will read the real user demand out of this. Maybe it would be more honest to communicate that there will be no further improvement in hardware integration at least for the (very popular) Pioneer devices FLX4 and FLX10. It appears that Algoriddim has different priorities which is fair enough but in my opinion the strategy of putting this off from month to month or release to release is misleading.
