A) SUMMARY OF ISSUE:

  • Playing with dual laptop (1 djay one serato). GUI in Two Decks cannot select 3/4

B) DETAILED STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Connected via USB A(or B) assigned 3/4 channels to djay (1/2 assigned to different laptop running Serato, Driver setting: Other Software)

C) EXPECTED RESULTS:

  • Able to control 3/4 channel via Two Deck

D) ACTUAL RESULTS:

  • only 1/2 can be controlled in Two Deck, cannot find setting to select 3/4. You can only control 3/4 in Four Deck GUI view. Or obvious… I’m not clever enough to find that setting for it

Low priority, as I moved serato to 3/4 and got 1/2 for djay

Hi @djmario_ro, welcome to the Community! This is currently expected behaviour with djay. In 2 Deck Mode djay can only control Deck 1/2.

However, we have an existing suggestion topic to enable 2 Deck Mode for Decks 3/4 if you’d like to upvote it:
