Hi @Mori, welcome to the Community!

  1. What version of djay are you using?
  2. Do you have a djay Pro subscription, the 7-day Free Pro Trial or the free version?
  3. Please note that the FLX4 is class compliant and does not require audio drives. This is why AlphaTheta/Pioneer doesn’t provide a driver on their website.
  4. How exactly are you connecting the FLX4 to your laptop? Can you please share photos of all connections, adapters, hubs and cables?
  5. With the FLX4 connected to your laptop and djay running, please share screenshots of your djay Settings>Audio Devices and Settings>MIDI Devices pages. Thanks!

ive got it hooked up to my tower pc, via the usb-c chord its came with into a usb-c port at the back of the pc, i dont have a djay subscription ive only tried rekordbox and traktor play.

This Community Forum is specifically for Algoriddim djay. Unfortunately, I can’t help you with Rekordbox or Traktor.

ahhh okay no worries, thankyou! ill maybe give that ago and come back if nothing happens.

You’re welcome @Mori. Good luck!

Seems to work perfectly fine with djay so im lost on why it wont work with the others but oh well :man_shrugging: thanks again!
