DDJ Flx4 jog wheels not working

I am using my ipad connect via blue tooth to my flx4. Most of the features work on the flx4 but the jog wheels

I have updated my ipad ios
I have updated the djay app
I have tried it connected to my iphone( did not work)

I looked at the mapping

I did the common sense restart of everything a few times

Nothing seems to work

Any ideas floating out there?

Sorry to hear that you’ve been having these jog wheel issues between your FLX4 and djay as of late.

To start, could I get the following information from you?

  1. What iPad make/model are you using?
  2. What version of iOS are you running?
  3. What version of djay are you using?
  4. Is this issue easily reproducible as of late?

The Ipad is a model A2602 9th gen Ios is 16.5

Dj is 4.1.9

The Flx-4 jog wheel works when hooked up to my laptop using serato

The Flx 4 jog wheels don’t work when hooked up to my iphone or ipad.

I did a soft reset on my Ipad, it still didnt work

I connected by ddj 200 and the jog wheels worked.

I been trying off and on for a month and havent seem to find the problem

I have also reinstalled the app and restarted ipad multiple times

Same for me.

I bought a Flx4 controller recently, when I use the jog wheels, the track doesn’t scratch or move, I have tested this in rekordbox and it works fine here.

I love Djay Pro and prefer the djay software and interface over rekordbox but with these problems it is difficult for me to be a djay pro user.

At the moment I haven’t found any other problems, however I miss being able to use color fx and Smart fx, the latter can be used by activating the crossfade effect manually.

I forget to say that I have the jog wheels issues with Flx4 connected to MacBook Pro (2018) with latest software version and latest OS update.
