DDJ FLX4 problems in Windows and Ipad OS 17.6.1

Latest version of Djay Pro on all devices.

Hi guys, I don’t know if anyone else has experienced this before. When using with the Ipad, I have two problems:

  1. I can’t scratch with the jog wheels. The musics stops when I touch the jog (“scatch mode on” is very sensitive indeed) but when I turn the jog back and forwards, nothing happens, the musics just stops playing.
  2. The beat FX is only mapped for deck 1. I could map it for deck 2, but this isn’t the way it’s supposed to be

When in windows 10 or 11, I only experience the problem number 2. Is there any problem with the standard mapping?

In time, everything works just fine in rekordbox 6 or 7.

Hi @Carlos_Alexandre_Cam,

  1. Please confirm the actual djay version numbers on all devices.
  2. Have you installed the latest FLX4 firmware from the Pioneer DJ website? Please share the version number you are using.
  3. Can you please try to capture a video of the issues, upload it to your Google Drive/Dropbox, enable sharing permissions, then share a link to the video here? Thanks!
