DDJ RB headphones not working in Djay Pro IOS

Hi-

I’m using DDJ RB on my iPad and subscribed to DJay Pro AI. Everything is working fine except for the headphones - just hearing a hiss when I push Master, and nothing when I use the Cue buttons… Would anyone have the configuration / tips to fix this? Thanks
