DDJ-SB driver issue

Using Windows 11. DDJ-SB and DjayPro.
Every time I open it says I need to install the DDJ_SV ASI audio driver - which I have done a range of times. Also done a range of deletes and reinstalls and nothing seems to work.

I also uninstalled and reinstalled and now it says my purchase is ‘unauthorised’ which is another problem in itself.

Hi @Drew_Higgins, welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. Please start by updating djay to 5.4.3 from the official Microsoft Store. After updating please log into your My djay account in the djay Settings.

Thanks. I still get the driver error though? Is it because you can’t use the ddj sb with windows 11?

Thanks for the screenshot @Drew_Higgins. What options are available in the drop down menu that says WASAPI?

Yeah i always move it off to the other one which is ASIO or asi I can’t remember,

The app ‘finds’ the controller, because I can use it just using the laptop speakers so it’s not as if it find nothing

I would try with the ASIO driver

I have done that and gets the same result no matter which I try I get some error message

Hi again @Drew_Higgins, our engineering team was able to replicate this and is working on a fix which should be included in an upcoming update (likely 5.4.4). Thanks!
