ddj-wego2 master out weak signal

My DDJ-WEGO2 controller has a very weak master out signal after upgrading to djay 2.6.1. Please help! The firmware version is 1.02. Thanks in advance!

* Does this problem also occur with the Music app?
* Is the master volume turned all the way up?
* Are the EQs in default (middle) position?
* Have you tried restarting the app?
* Have you tried turning the WeGO off and back on?

Yes, I’ve tried everything and I realized that is a hardware problem. It should be. With the Virtual Dj software I’ve got the same result. So, I will send it back… Thanks for your reply!
