DDJ-WeGO3 unlock for djay 5.3

I just bought the DD J-WeGO3 which came with my licence and key. When i made my account and download the app I got the confirmation of it. But when I triend to Connect it it appeared that I need the PRO funtions to use, but I bought the licence just for the DD J-WeGO3. So what can I do to make the licence work just for my DD J-WeGO3?

Hi @Juane_Cabi, welcome to the Community! Are you sure that the license key was for Algoriddim djay Pro 5? I am not aware of any such offer with the DDJ WeGO3. While we do natively support this hardware, it doesn’t include a free subscription to djay Pro 5. We do have a few hardware collaborations that unlock some Pro features, but none that unlock the full Pro subscription. I hope that helps!
