DDJ1000 suddenly no sound/output

Hello all,

I have a problem with my DDJ 1000 as well as the latest djay pro version running on my MacBook Pro (2015).

During an event the sound was suddenly gone. I had not operated anything at that moment. But a signal was present at the channel as well as at the output (signaled by the level LEDs).
Only a reboot of the controller could fix this error. This happened to me seven times.
All devices and the software is up to date.

I hope you can help me.
