Denon Dj Prime Go+ mapping

Hi, anyone tried the new Denon Dj Prime Go+ with Djay Pro iOS? Guessing it should work since it’s basically the same as the original that is natively supported? Thanks for any input

I don’t see why it wouldn’t unless the new chip they have inside isn’t compatible with IOS?

Personally I would try to find discounted stock of the original Prime Go over getting the Prime Go+, the only real difference is slightly improved battery life and Amazon streaming, but if you are using it with Dj pro then that becomes a mute point…

I’d be cautious with that one, if it’s not listed as supported device you could be in for a lot of work.
I’m sure it will be at some point but like @maurizio_T says you might as well pick up the original for £200 less as it will perform exactly the same with djay.

Thank you very much! I will use it mainly as a backup deck for smaller gigs and thought I can use it with Djay Pro at home. I can get a good deal for the + version from my local gear pusher. Will give it a few toughts, thanks

Whichever you choose it’s a great device.
I’m having to live off beans and toast for a few months to pay for it (original prime go) but well worth the investment.

I initially got it as a back up to my Rane One but now the Rane has taken a back step and I have been using the Prime Go more

Hi @AKB, the Prime Go+ will not automatically work with the existing Prime Go mapping. The dev team is already working on supporting this hardware in an upcoming release though. I’ll report back here when I have more news. Thanks!

Hi guys,
Do you have even a rough idea of the availability of the update supporting the Prime Go+?
Thanks…

Hi @Benjapied, we should have some news to share soon…
