Hi @Kermodee-jay, you can connect a MIDI controller to the Reloop Elite USB hub, while having the Elite connected to an iPad and the MIDI messages do pass to and from the iPad. Also, the Denon DN-SC2000 is officially supported on djay for iOS (see below). We don’t have access to the specific setup you describe above, but in theory it should work. I hope that helps!
