Denon MC6000MK2 mapping

Hi, I ́ve read that there is native mapping for Denon MC6000MK2, but this is not the case with mine…I can’t get channels to work properly. Only 1 channel available with the controller. Any tips? Any recommended mapping?

I use it every day and it works perfectly.

the controller should work natively, do you accept the recommended mapping dialog window after connecting the controller?

I do not receive a mapping window. Actually the problem is with audio. I only receive audio from 1 channel (no even the cue works). The controller works fine with Serato DJ…so is not hardware related. I have Mac OS sierra
