I have a Rane MP2015 which I use as mixer along with a DDJ-SP1 for the controller. This is cool but I’d like to add transport controls to my setup and it seems like the easiest solution here would be to buy an all-in-one controller and then disable the mixer section. I’d like to use the MP2015 as the sound interface and just use the midi functions of the controller without compromising the sound quality of the MP2015 by running a lower quality source through it. Is it possible to disable a controller’s mixer within the settings of DJay? Or in some other fashion route the audio to the MP2015 without passing through the controller but retain the controller’s midi functionality?

Hi @nomig, yes, on macOS you can choose which device you want to use for audio output. On iOS this is determined by the order in which you connect them.
