DJ app is not playing thru the mixer

the dj app is not playing thru the mixer. Everything is connect as it should be

What exactly does “connect as it should be” mean? If it really is, then it should work. Sometimes it’s just a little thing, but to find it, it’s helpful to know exactly what is connected where and how.

“Connected as it should be” means that the laptop reads that it is
connected to the mixer PVBT but no music is heard. I went to the systems
section and saw the meter moving to the music but no sound was coming out
Again everything appears to be connected but it’s not playing. Could the
laptop be defective? I tried other mixers that I know work and nothing is
happening. Can someone please CALL. It takes hours and hours for me

  2. Click on the hamburger button in the top left corner of the app to open the settings menu.
  3. Scroll down and click on Contact Support/Provide Feedback.
  4. Fill out the form and in the subject line write ATTN: NATHANIEL - Community - CALVIN.
