Love your dj controller support for Djay Pro on Meta Quest 3. However, I use my Apple Vision Pro more often at virtual and live events due to it’s better screen, pass-through, and integration with the Mac and iOS/iPadOS systems. I use it as a Production Director toolset and implementation. Allows me to operate virtual controllers for Mac & iPad apps for audio (QSC Touchmix), video and lighting. However I really would like to be able to use one of my DJ Controllers (preferably AlphaTheta XDJ-AZ or Prime 4) to control the DJay Pro in Vision OS. I realize not a lot of DJ’s have the Vision Pro but this would make the DJay software for Vision Pro a much more viable solution for real DJ mixing and control. I’m a developer for Vision Pro looking to develop virtual environments for collaboration and virtual live entertainment for the day when Vision OS allows multiple users into the same virtual space. In the meantime I can use Mac Virtual Display to run Djay Pro on the MacBook Pro as a workaround. Any plans to support DJ controllers for DJay on Vision OS like you did for the Meta Quest platform? I’m surprised it wasn’t already developed for it before the Meta version but I’m assuming it has something to do with Meta (Android platform) being easier to run MIDI signals through USB-C than Vision OS?
I’m not an Algoriddim employee or developer, so I don’t know the way they implemented it in the Quest or visionOS, but it might be possible only with controllers with Bluetooth MIDI, because the dev strap with USB-C only lets you connect to a MacBook.
