dj pro 2 and mixon 4 not working at all

Hi all please help i have a mixon 4 with the update applied, when i start up pro2 it shows the mixon in the midi but nothing at all works running on a new MacBook air but the same on the mac desk top. Any ideas

My Mixon 4 is perfectly working with my iPad Pro but when I connect my MacBook Pro with djay pro 2 nothing happen unless I connect my iPad first…please help

Hi not the best video but as you can see the midi is showing and if I disconnecte the Mixon 4 it goes from the box but if I press play or try use any functions nothing happens at all. None of the mixer knobs ect will response either . Playing a track wave bar on the screen but not on the mixer
