DJ Pro signs out of Apple Music when analyzing playlist

When analyzing a playlist of about 1500 songs, DJay Pro unexpectedly stops and logs out of Apple Music

Thanks for reporting this issue.

Could you please follow the steps below so that we can try to see where the issue lies?

  1. Open djay.
  2. Navigate to the djay setting panel.
  3. Tap on “Contact Support”
  4. In the pop-up email window, type in the subject line “ATTN: KELLY - DJ Pro signs out (Community)”
  5. Send said email.

From there, we will retrieve your user ID and look up additional device information.
