DJ20GO2 connected to Iphone

Hi Guys

Im new to this community. I wanted some advise … I have a DJ2GO2 and im using apple camera cable to connect/charge phone and power the deck. the speakers are connected via aux too but im getting a flickering/distorted noise we all connected and playing music

DJ2GO2 mixer, and im connecting to my iphone 14 pro max . Speakers are Pioneer DM40 and im using an Apple lighting to usb 3 connector

Are you using your original Apple charging cable and charger?

No but when I connect the pioneer dm40’s and use a connecter to my iPhone directly and play music it’s crystal clear though

I need to see a picture of both connector ends to tell you what type of cable that is for sure. My guess is Micro-USB to USB-A though.

P.s the aux is the wire direct from the speaker and if I connect speaker to my phone it’s clear so it’s not the aux

It sounds to me like it could be an issue with the cable or issue with the DJ controller. Let’s check 2 more things first though. With the controller connected, can please navigate to the djay Settings>Sound and share a screenshot of this page?

Can please also share a screenshot of the djay Settings>Audio Devices? Thanks!

Make sure your controller is connected and recognized then press Reset to Defaults in the Audio Devices settings.
