djay 2 for iPhone - getting error : OSStatus error 1685348671 when I try to play ANY song in my local library on iPhone 4s on iOS 7.0.4

I have ios 7.0.4 on an iPhone 4s and tried this app djay2. It loads fine and everything seems to work, except when I select ANY song from my library, to play, I get an error:

OSStatus error 1685348671

So nothing works. I can play any song in my library with ANY other app on my iPhone including the official Apple Music app except this app. What is the problem here and how to solve it?

try to delete your iPhones music library and synchronise the iPhone again with your iTunes.
