DJay app as client for app on Apple TV 4

I would like to have the app on Apple TV 4. Not by streaming via AirPlay (which gives latency issues), but essensially making the ipad/iphone a client for the same app running on Apple TV. The Tv could then be used for latcency free audio output leaving the ipad wireless. Bonuses would be TV visualisations, Song/band name on screen, Philips Hue disco intregration.
