Hi Ralph,

Thanks for joining our Community.

Could you please tell us what iOS version you’re running on your iPhone?
Also, what djay version are you running?

Furthermore, what music library are you using? What format are your songs?
Have you made sure that these songs are locally stored on your device?

OSStatus error 1685348671 This normally means that there is something wrong with your audio file.

Hope to hear from you again.

Cheers, G

I’m on the latest version of IOS (14.8) and the latest version of djay i
deleted it and downloaded it back and it’s still giving me the same error
and I’m using a music app called “documents” where you can load music from
there to djay but no new songs i add to my playlist will load onto djay for
sum odd reason

Hey Ralph,

Are your playlists simply folders in the Files app?

Please make sure you’re not using Cloud services for testing purposes.

Furthermore, could you please try reproducing these files in another app? As I said earlier, the OSStatus error 1685348671 normally means there’s something wrong with your song files.

Hope to hear from you again.

Cheers, G

Hi @ralphyshawty,

could you please tell us the following information:

  • What iOS version is running on your iPhone?
  • What djay version are you currently running?
  • What iPhone do you own?

Also, could you confirm that your playlists are folders locally stored on your iPhone?

Hope to hear from you again.

Cheers, G

Hey Team,
This has happened to me in the past.
In my case I sync my iOS devices to my Mac using iTunes (finder window).
When this happens I delete then redownload the song within the Music App on the iOS device itself.
This solves my issue, hopefully this is helpful.

Thanks for sharing your solution here with everyone. It’d be great if someone else that has had this error can confirm this fix.
