Why is djay app not opening on my android phone?

Can you help with my issue?

  1. Are you using the free version or paid version of djay?
  2. Have you tried uninstalling the djay app, rebooting your device then reinstalling?

Free version.

I have reinstalled several times and it opens the first time but when i go back later it does not open.
It was opening earlier in the week, so not sure what has happened.

Thanks for the additional info. Did you recently update your Android OS? Can you please try to capture a short video of the issue, upload it to your Google Drive/Dropbox, enable sharing permissions, then share a link to the video here? Thanks!

Hi again @Pcs, here are some additional things to try:

  1. Make sure you are running the latest Android OS.
  2. Ensure that you have at least 2GB of free storage space on your device.
  3. Close all other apps when running djay to ensure you have enough available RAM.
  4. Go to Settings>Apps>djay>Permissions and ensure djay has access to Storage, Microphone and Bluetooth.
  5. Go to Settings>Battery and Device Care>Battery, then select Background usage limits and ensure that djay is not restricted.
  6. Clear the App Cache and Data:
    A. Go to Setting>Apps>djay
    B . Select on Storage
    C. Select Clear Cache
