Using the latest update on my iPad Pro, M2 and up to this point, I really haven’t had any crashes but today in my set it crashed three different times. Every time I crashed, the output would be like this constant interference like sound I reset the program and the iPad and it happened again. Does anyone have any clue what’s the cause of this? I noticed it crashed when I was really mixing any more complex way. also I’m curious if it’s a certain tracks that cause instability any insight?

- Were you using local music or streaming music when this happened?
- Were you running any other applications in the background?
To help us troubleshoot your crash, please submit an Official Support Ticket using the procedure below so the engineering team can review your crash reports in more detail.
- Open the djay app on your device.
- Navigate to Settings>Contact Support.
- Fill out the submission form and title your email “ATTN: MARIE – “The Title of your Community Topic” in the provided subject line.
Try and think about anything you did differently such as leaving apps open in the background or recording your set. Try and replicate what happened to get an idea of the cause.
