Djay erased my list of song

Hi!

it was the second time that Djay erased all my lists from My collection without any reason. somebody knows what it happens and if there is a way to recover this datas. It is important because i use this program in my work and it is a big problem for me.

Thanks for posting to the community for the first time!

So that I can better assist you could you please answer the following questions:

  1. What iOS device are you using?
  2. What version of iOS are you running?
  3. What djay version are you using?
  4. Are most of the tracks in your My Collection library locally stored either from the Music or Files source?
  5. Have you tried restoring (recovering) your library from a previous djay Media Library backup via the Files app on your device?
