Please make sure the Numark Mixdeck Quad is selected as Pre-Cueing Output at Preferences > “Devices”.
Also, at the upper bar of djay Pro, there’s the headphones icon. After selecting it, a pop-up appears you can use to assign all of your Pre-Cueing settings.
