DJay Pro 2 keeps adding a flanger effect whenever I use crossfade

I have no idea why or how it is doing this, but no matter what songs I’m playing, DJay Pro 2 adds a very heavy flanger effect whenever the crossfader is moved. The thing is - I don’t have ANY effects selected!

As a result, it makes the app completely unusable for DJing.

Can anyone suggest a fix for this? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but this annoying flange sound remains

Are you using any external equipment?

Hit the FX right in the middle above the algoriddim logo, check to see if flanger is ON, left and right deck
