DJAY PRO 5.0.1 crashes when I analyze songs.

Good morning,
Last night I was having the library analyzed. After some time it crashed.

DJAY PRO version 5.0.1

MacBook Pro 13 from 2012

macOS Catalina 10.15.7

No DJ hardware connected. Only Djay Pro running.

How can I solve it? Thanks in advance to everyone for any advice on this matter.

1 idea : I use 40-50 sec automix.

Having it running at the moment >72h without problems, macbook pro i7 2015.

I don’t really know which is better analyze or automix.
In older versions I always used automix.

Thank you for your advice. I’ll try using Automix by setting the duration to 40-50 seconds as you recommended.

I have a very large library. It will take me a very long time to do a complete analysis of the library.

Hi @Sergio1, sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. Can you please submit an official support request and include your crash report? This will help us to troubleshoot your specific issue.

You can access crash reports on Mac following these steps:

1. Open “Console” app from Applications > Utilities in Finder
2. Select “Crash Reports” in the side bar
3. Find any crash reports for djay Pro
