Djay pro and Tidal issue

Can someone please help me. I’m using djay pro. I also have a premium package with Tidal. For some reason Tidal isn’t in my library. Can someone please help me fix it.

  • Which OS version is running on your device?

  • Which djay version are you using? (If you are using an iOS/ Android device, please open the djay settings and scroll down to determine the version number.)

Thanks for the info.

Please note that TIDAL (and other new streaming services) are not supported on djay PRO 1.

Thank you very much for the reply. Djay pro AI isn’t free. If it was just a one time fee. It wouldn’t be so bad but it’s per year. Crazy.
