Djay pro crashes when I open it and after 2 hours too. [Windows]

Hello,
I really need help with this program. In my last events, djay pro crashes when I open it and also after 2 hours, 3 and almost 1 hour playing music. It happened in events, so it’s very important to me to fix this problem.

I can’t find the crash log. The program closes directly, without any notice.
