Djay Pro Demo - Windows 10 crashing when connecting supported controller

Keeps crashing when I connect DENON MC2000. Any ideas as to why? have read manual and doing everything as instructed, also listed as one of supported controllers.

I tried to reproduce the crash and was not able to. Is the Demo crashing every time after connecting the MC 2000?
