Djay pro does not recognize vestax spin

Hi,

I pluged my Vestax Spin into my macbookpro (10.13.6) but Djay Pro (1.4.5) doesn’t recognise it. This problem has been going on for some time. Only the red light for power goes on.

There is nothing wrong with cables or USB ports. The virtual DJ recognizes the vestax spin.

Can anybody help me?
