djay Pro for Linux Gaming Handhelds

Referring to:

It would be a game changer to have a native running APP for Linux Gaming Handhelds.

Due to the market of gaming handhelds keeps on growing and the side effect, that Valve is going to open (collab with manufacturers) their distro to be able to run natively on third party devices, it would be a game changer, if djay Pro would develop a natively running APPs for the main gaming distros: *1)

  • Fedora (BatoceraOS) >> Store: Flathub
  • Arch (SteamOS 3) >> Store: Steam

From my point of view those handhelds combine the power of new generation CPUs and the convenience of an IPad to carry around for smaller gigs.

I understand Algoriddim as the most community driven and innovative DJ software out on the market, serving the most platforms/ devices/ hardware, so (to be the first) adding gaming handhelds would complete your product portfolio.

*1) Running in bottles/ virtual machines is a mess due to non support (passthru, performance, …)

Kind regards.
