Djay pro for pc

Hi I am trying to use Djay pro with my DDJ-SB3 controller, but it won’t work. I launch the program, plug my controller in, and it pops up onscreen asked if I want to use it. I click on and northimg happens. I am using the demo version with a premium Spotify account I would like to purchase the full version but only if I know it will work
