I purchased a Vestax Spin controller and I also found the disk for Djay installation. The problem is that the disk is for mac. How can I use a windows version without having to make a further purchase? thank you

unfortunately the disc version is for djay 3 for Mac. I am sorry but djay 3 is not compatible with the Windows version and also no longer supported for Mac as well.
