Djay Pro on Mac - Error -54

Hi,

I have recently moved my iTunes Library from an external HDD to my internal folder. In iTunes, everything works as expected, but in Djay Pro I get an error “-54”:

Could not load track - The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -54.)

Thanks for any suggestions on how to solve this issue.

Just to mention: In the old version of DJay (4.x) everything works fine too. The problem is just with Djay Pro.

Dear Tim,

thank you for your Feedback. Do you mean, that I should just copy my “music” folder to the desktop. Start iTunes from scratch, generate a new library, and then copy everything from the “old” library over it?

I had the same problem,
it worked in Itunes but not in Djay pro
i made a backup of my library, made a new library (blanco) in itunes
import all my music overnew, and import the backup of the library
it was 5 minutes work; now it’s ok!
