DJAY Pro Sync Issues

This will be the last time I subscribe to DJAY PRO. I have syncing issues every day and cannot rely on hot cues matching to the incoming track. Have tried tapping, turning off quantize. Nothings stable. Shame, cos I used to love it.

Sorry to hear you’re having issues. So that I can better understand your specific problem, can you please try to capture a video of the issues, upload to your Dropbox/Google Drive, enable the necessary sharing permissions, and share a link to the video here?

Also, can you please provide more details about your setup?

  1. djay Pro version
  2. iOS version
  3. iOS device details
  4. Connected DJ hardware details
  5. Are you using a streaming service or songs stored on device?
