DJay Pro when starting up manages to show the interface and closes automatically in Windows 11

Inicio el programa Djay Pro y apenas muestra la interface se cierra automáticamente.
Me podrían ayudar respecto a este fallo.
Inicié la prueba gratuita para testear, si no hay solución deberé cancelar subscripción.

I start the Djay Pro program and as soon as the interface appears it closes automatically.
Could you help me regarding this error.
I started the free trial to test, if there is no solution I will have to cancel the subscription.

So that I can better assist you could you please follow the steps below for our teams to further troubleshoot this issue?

  1. Open djay Pro for Windows.
  2. Open djay Pro’s settings menu.
  3. Click on “Contact Support”
  4. Fill out the feedback form, and in the subject line, write “ATTN: NATHANIEL, INTERFACE ISSUE”
