DJay Pro will not record mixes. Red recording light illuminates, timer sits at 00:00 and previous recordings don’t display after stopping a recording session.

We had a user with this issue in the past and they resolved it by reinstalling djay Pro. Have you tried that?
I have the same problem, but on Mac, I wrote to tech support.
reinstall the program, it didn’t work and they still don’t give me a solution
