Hi @Benny_P, please note that the Behringer BCD3000 is not officially supported on Android. I suspect that this device is not USB class compliant and likely not compatible with mobile devices. However, here are some general suggestions to try however.

  1. Please make sure that you are running the latest firmware from Behringer.
  2. Make sure the BCD3000 is connected to power with the supplied adapter and powering up as expected.
  3. Try using a different USB cable between the BCD3000 and your phone; ideally a high quality cable with dual ferrites on either end.
