Djay pro wont start, crashes in start.

Hello,

When i start the Djay Pro on my windows 10 computer.
The logo comes up but then it crashes…
i have tested about 30 times :smiley:
Restarted, uninstall reinstall etc.

I have found this in my computer:

Hardware specifications and the operating system version would be very interesting.
