Djay2 for Ipad not recognising Vestax Spin 2

All of a sudden Djay2 is not recognising my Vestax Spin 2. This is the 1st time this has happened.

The Vestax Spin 2 works with Djay on my iphone still.

When I plug in and turn on the charge indicator on my Ipad turns to “Not Charging” so I presume the cable is OK?

I recommend trying to restore your iPad. If that doesn’t help, please let me know.

In this case, please contact Vestax support directly to get your controller checked. I also recommend contacting Apple support to check your iPad for any damages.

Hi Warren, I did that and restored from back up. Still not working.
