It seems my CROSSFADER seems to vibrate and crackle the sound when I push it all the way RIGHT or LEFT. Im trying to scratch and it happens all the time. Could it somehow be loose inside the case or some interference? ** I

Thanks for the video @Darkmare. I would start by performing a Forced Restart of your iOS device:

  1. iPhone: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support (CA)
  2. iPad: Force restart iPad - Apple Support (IE)

After rebooting, make sure no other Bluetooth devices are connected to you iOS device, then perform the pairing process again with your controller. After pairing, confirm again that no other BT devices are connected. Retest and let me know if that solves it.
