DJM-S11 Djay Pro Guide/Instructions?

So I’m using an iPad and Djay Pro. I have it connected to my DJM-S11 and everything works fine. I used to use DJay Pro a year or more ago and I’ve recently given it another try, even though there’s no waveform support for the S11. With that said, where can I find some help in knowing what the different pad modes on the S11 do in Djay Pro? I guess I could mess around with it, but I’d rather have concrete info so work off of as my time is limited. I wanna be able to refer to something to learn how to use all the features of Djay Pro that are accessible from the S11. I’m using the latest version of Djay Pro for iPad that you can get from the Apple App Store. TIA for helpful replies. L8r!

Typically, djay Pro MIDI mappings are not well-documented and you will probably have to document the mapping yourself. Pioneer DJM-S mixers are targeted at Serato users, so the Serato manuals and guides are good places to start.

Hi @GODSOWN_DJ, we do not currently provide MIDI mapping keys for hardware. However, it’s pretty easy to figure out what each button does by opening djay’s MIDI Learn Tool and pressing on the button in question. This will immediately show you what function it is mapped to.

For more on how the MIDI Learn tool works on iOS, please see the linked FAQ: https://help.algoriddim.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016055199-How-do-I-MIDI-map-a-controller-on-djay-for-iOS
