Does Algoriddim hire Contractors for R&D?

I’ve been a software developer/coder for 25 years and a DJ for almost 30 now, I feel like I would be well suited to work with a team like yours.

I love the DjayPro software and constantly have ideas about improvements and possibilities.

It’s one of my dreams to be able to work on music software and even though most of my experience is in the web and app development field, design patterns are universal, and all applications require effective UI/UX which I am passionate about. I would love to expand my expertise into desktop applications.

As an early adopter of focused agentic engineering and hybrid development models, I feel like there are a lot of avenues that I might help your company progress with, and with my propensity for fast learning in unknown codebases, I can hit the ground running and get up to speed in record time.

What tips and info do you have for me in regards to directions to get started in? I’m curious what stack I would focus on, if I wanted to pre-train to be available for R&D / Product Development contracts with your team?

To note - I’m not a 9 to 5 kind of guy (…more like 10am to 2am oftentimes), I’ve been a contractor for my whole career and plan to keep things that way.

Hoping to hear from you!

If i had a quid for every time i see a post on a DJ forum from someone saying this, i wouldn’t have to work 9-5, 10-2 or any other hours.

If they have job vacancies im sure they will post them on appropriate employment websites where you will be free to apply and go through an interview process etc.

Thanks @slak_jaw, I’m aware of the job board, mine was a specific question about “contractors”. That’s why I asked it here.

You’re welcome @TEEE. I would reach out through the job space with your specific question related to contractors. I have no information to share here regarding this.
